LKMM-PD Communication Science 2025 is an advanced cadre development program in the form of training aimed at equipping new students with basic management skills, leadership, and an understanding of campus life dynamics. Through interactive sessions such as workshops, group discussions, and pitching simulations, this program helps Communication Science students adapt to the academic and organizational environment at Universitas Diponegoro.

The event took place over 3 phases at the Auditorium and the Student Center (PKM) Hall of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Diponegoro. The primary participants of LKMM-PD 2025 were new students of the Communication Science Study Program, class of 2025, with a limited quota to maintain the quality of learning. The organizing committee consisted of members from the Communication Science Student Association, supported by faculty advisors.

LKMM-PD is important because it serves as a bridge for new students to understand the college sphere, which is different from the school environment. This program hones essential skills such as time management, team leadership, and effective communication, while also introducing the values of academic culture like integrity and collaboration. Furthermore, this activity opens opportunities to build networks with fellow students and seniors.
