Semarang – The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Diponegoro University (FISIP Undip) has carried out the inauguration of the management of the 2021 Student Organization through Ms. Teams on Tuesday (2/2). This inauguration also inaugurated the Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, and the ranks of the Communication Science Study Program Student Association (HMPS) of 2021, chaired by Azka Tsania.

In the interview after the inauguration, Azka with the cabinet name ‘Deliberative Cabinet’ tried to bring the concept of democracy to an active discussion within the organization.

“Deliberative is a democratic concept that prioritizes public space in every decision taken, in the sense here that we are trying to implement it, namely prioritizing discussion and mutual agreement with association administrators,” she explained.

Meanwhile, Azka also admitted that she aims to make Communication Science a comfortable home for his students. “Through the deliberative cabinet, we aim to provide a forum for friends of their needs and facilities so that they can feel comfortable in studying at Communication Studies,” explained Azka.

The presence of a new leader who had just been appointed brought a wind of optimism for Communication Science students, one of which was Yolanda Audrey. The student of Communication Science class 2019 is quite optimistic that HMPS Communication Science will continue its positive trend.

“I am optimistic because basically, HMPS in Communication Sciences is technically a good work program,” she said.

To reach these expectations, Azka admitted that he needed collaboration from all elements of the Communication Science Study Program to bring comfort to the scope of Communication Science students.

“The Deliberative Cabinet hopes for cooperation and collaboration in realizing associations that prioritize comfort in the scope of Communication Science students,” Azka concluded.
